Product Description:

The working principle of a plastic extruder screw involves the rotation of a screw inside a barrel to melt and shape the plastic material. The plastic pellets or granules are fed into the barrel through a hopper at one end. As the screw rotates, it pushes the plastic forward, creating heat due to friction and pressure. The heat generated by the barrel and the shear forces exerted by the rotating screw cause the plastic to melt. The molten plastic is then forced through a die at the other end of the barrel, which shapes it into the desired profile or form. This continuous process allows for the production of various plastic products with consistent quality and dimensions.
