SZ series hard tooth surface transmission device is composed of reducer and distributor. It is a specialized product for all kinds of conical twin screw extruders.
1. The gears of the reducer are made of high-strength alloy steel and carburized steel, gear hardness is high to HRC58-62, and the operating noise is low.
2. The small cone angle helical gears of the gear box are made of high-quality alloy steel. After being ground by a CNC gear hobbing machine, the gears are carburized and quenched to ensure high precision and high hardness.
3. The ductile iron shell and high-strength spherical thrust roller bearings make the project operate stably and withstand large axial thrust.
4. The reducer and distributor are equipped with cooling systems and can operate safely.
